Guide
Collecting photos from a family reunion
Last updated 26 September 2026
The short answer
Make one shared album for the reunion and send the link to the family before the day. Everyone adds their photos, from the cousins on new phones to the uncle with the old one, and the whole family can see and download the lot. Relatives who couldn't travel join from the same link and follow along.
Setting it up
- Create a pool for the reunion. On Radiance, add a co-host from each side of the family.
- Send the link in the family group chat a week before.
- Ask the younger relatives to help older ones join on the day. It takes a minute.
- Invite family abroad with the same link: they see photos as they arrive.
- After the reunion, order a photobook from the album so every household has one.
What it costs
Reunions are usually bigger than the free plan. An event pass covers one reunion with no subscription:
| For | What to use | Price |
|---|---|---|
| A small get-together | Free (Spark) | Up to 30 people, 30 photos, kept 7 days |
| One wedding or big party | Event pass | From $38 once. Up to 200 guests, kept a year |
| No guest limit | Unlimited event pass | From $103 once. Kept a year |
| You host often | Radiance | From $13 a month. 250 people per pool, live slideshow wall |
Questions people ask
- Can relatives in other countries join?
- Yes. Anyone with the invite link can join from any country.
- How long are the photos kept?
- An event pass keeps them for a year, and a plan keeps them for as long as it is active. You can download the originals at any time.
- Can we get printed copies?
- Yes. Order prints, photobooks or framed pieces straight from the album, shipped worldwide.
